Framework
In compliance with the General Corruption Prevention Regime (RGPC), enshrined through Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, of December 9, it provides that entities, whether public, private, or otherwise, that have 50 or more workers, DGRM has a Regulatory Compliance Program (PCN), which provides the following instruments and measures:
- Corruption Risk Prevention Plan and Related Offenses;
- Code of Conduct;
- Reporting Channels;
- Training Program;
- Responsible for Regulatory Compliance.
