Framework
The wholesale market is understood to mean a food business that includes several separate units that share common sections and facilities where food is sold to food business operators.
The activity of the wholesale fish markets can only begin after the veterinary control number has been assigned (act issued by the Directorate-General for Food and Veterinary) and approval (act rendered by the DGRM).
The veterinary control number can be accompanied by secondary numbers to indicate the units or group of units that market or manufacture products of animal origin (fish).
