The Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 53/2016, of 21st September, which approved the Code of Conduct of the Government establishes the guiding principles and criteria regarding the conduct of members of the Government (and the members of its offices) in matters of acceptance of gifts of material goods and invitations or similar benefits.
The DGRM`s Code of Conduct comprises the set of rules that establish the guidelines on matters of professional ethics, as well as the values with which the organisation recognises itself, and which should be adopted daily by its employees.
It is also a reference for the public with regard to the DGRM´s standards of conduct in its relations with third parties.
