The fishing quotas allocated to Portugal at EU level are set out in Regulation (EU) 2024/257, of 10 January 2024, which sets, for 2024, 2025 and 2026, in relation to certain fish stocks, the fishing possibilities applicable in Union waters and those applicable, for Union fishing vessels, in certain non-Union waters, and amending Regulation (EU) 2023/194, of 30 January.
Regulation (EU) 2025/202 of 30 January 2025, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/669 of 31 March, and Regulation (EU) 2025/1350, of 8 July, fixes for 2025 and 2026 the fishing opportunities for certain fish stocks applicable in Union waters and those applicable to vessels of Union fisheries in certain non-Union waters and amending Regulation (EU) 2024/257 as regards fishing opportunities for 2025.
