At the end of each calendar year, once the collection has been completed, a final report must be submitted at www.bmar.pt, including, in particular, the locations, dates and quantities of juvenile collections, as well as attaching the restocking documents , under penalty of not being authorized to capture again for restocking.
The deadline for authorization of these requests for the following year is December 31st of the current year.
The owner of the bivalve Aquaculture Activity establishment (holder of the request) or his legal representative who will be the applicant.
Online Request
- Register and authenticate yourself at www.bmar.pt;
- Access the new Request menu, select the Request Category, "Aquaculture Activity Titles "and the Order Type" Wild Juveniles Restocking Reports";
- Fill out the form, upload the attachments, check the information and submit your request.

- Wild Juveniles Restocking Reports
(During the activity, the marine animal catcher must complete one or more documents, which are delivered by the marine animal catcher to the aquaculture establishment, who keeps it on file for a period of 2 years )
If the application is submitted by a single applicant on behalf of the Holder (current owner):
- Statement or power of attorney from the holder (an imperative document to start the process).
If the request is submitted by a representative of an entity on behalf of the Holder (current owner):
- Statement of legal representative of the entity (necessary document to start the process).
The declaration must clearly indicate its period of validity, which must not exceed 2 years.
