Authorization to Capture Wild Juveniles

When to apply?

Until October 1st of the current year, to collect seeds for the following year.

Who can apply?

The owner of the bivalve Aquaculture Activity establishment (holder of the request) or his legal representative who will be the applicant.

Where can I apply?

Online order submission:

  1. Register and authenticate yourself;
  2. Access the new Request menu, select the Request Category, "Aquaculture Activity Titles "and the Order Type" Authorization for the Capture of Wild Juveniles ";
  3. Fill out the form, upload the attachments, check the information and submit your request.

Which documents are required?

If the application is submitted by a single applicant on behalf of the Holder (current owner):

  • Statement or power of attorney from the holder (an imperative document to start the process).

 

If the request is submitted by a representative of an entity on behalf of the Holder (current owner):

  • Statement  of legal representative of the entity (necessary document to start the process).

 

The declaration must clearly indicate its period of validity, which must not exceed 2 years.
