Extinction of Aquaculture Activity Title

The extinction of the Aquaculture Activity Title (TAA), may occur in the following situations:

a) By the expiry of the TAA;

b) By the will of the interested party, at all times;

c) At the end of the term for installation or for the exploitation of the establishment of cultures in marine waters or in inland waters and related establishments, pursuant to article 26 - Deadlines);

d) In the absence of communication for the transmission, pursuant to article 19;

e) In the event of an unjustified interruption of exploration

establishment for a period of more than two years;

f) In case of changes to the establishment or operating conditions in violation of the provisions of article 23;

g) In the absence of provision of the security referred to in article 22, when mandatory;

h) In the event of failure to register the production referred to in article 32 for two consecutive years;

i) In case of movement of live bivalve molluscs in violation of the regulations in force;

j) In case of extinction of the legal person holding the installation and operating title;

k) In the event of death of the natural person holding the title of installation and exploitation, if the communication referred to in paragraph 4 of article 19 is not presented by his heirs or legatees or if the inheritance is not accepted by none of the legal heirs, with the exception of the State;

l) In case of non-payment of any of the fees referred to in article 24. We do not yet have information on this formality.

Companies or private persons that want to extinguish the Aquaculture Activity Title (TAA) for culture establishments in marine waters and related establishments.
