When you want to renounce the private use of the national maritime space before the end of the respective period (article 71. of Decree-Law no. 38/2015, of 12 March).
TUPEM holder who intends, before the expiry of its term, to renounce private use.
Online order submission:
- Register and authenticate yourself;
- Access the new Request menu, select the Request Category, "Waiver of TUPEM";
- Fill out the form, upload the attachments, check the information and submit your request.

Descriptive memory - containing the characterization of the marine environment, considering the results of its monitoring in accordance with the provisions of TUPEM, carried out since the beginning of private use. When applicable, present the measures for the removal of the works and / or mobile structures inserted in the maritime space assigned to TUPEM, and the steps to be taken and / or carried out for the reconstitution of the physical-chemical conditions of the marine environment that may have been altered and that do not translate into a benefit for the marine environment.
