Annex 5. (Culture system) - Indication of the culture system, the exploitation regime with indication of the species to be cultivated (indicate the common name, the genus and the species) and the origin of the juveniles for restocking;
Annex 6. (Products used) - Indication of biological, chemical and pharmaceutical products to be used;
Annex 7. (Production capacity) - Indication of production capacity;
Annex 8. (Average production) - Forecast of the expected average production for each species expressed in tons / year;

Annex 4. (Characterization of waste / dredged) Analysis of the following characteristics of the waste / dredged to be immersed taking into account:
i) Total quantity and composition
ii) Quantity of waste / dredged to be immersed per day
iii) Form in which they are presented for immersion, that is, solid phase, liquid, or sludge, the respective tonnage in the wet state (by immersion zone and time unit), the visual determination of the sediment characteristics
(clay-pot / sand / gravel / rocks);
iv) Physical (in particular, solubility and density), chemical, biochemical (lack of oxygen, nutrients) and biological (presence of viruses, bacteria, yeasts, parasites, etc.), if applicable
v) Evaluation of toxicity, persistence and accumulation in living beings or in sediments through:
• Acute toxicity analysis;
• Chronic toxicity analyzes, capable of assessing long-term sublethal effects;
• Analyzes aiming at the potential bioaccumulation of the substances in question;
vi) Chemical and physical transformations of the residues / dredged after immersion, namely the eventual formation of new compounds;
vii) Probability of producing substances that give bad taste to fish resources (fish, seafood, molluscs, crustaceans), with consequences for their commercialization;
Annex 5. (Local characterization) Characterization of the immersion site, with the following elements:
i) Identification of the affected body (s) of water;
ii) Geographic position, depth and distance to the coast;
iii) Location in relation to the existence of adult and juvenile living resources, namely spawning and maternity areas of living resources, migration routes for fish and mammals, sport and commercial fishing areas, areas of great natural beauty, or of historical importance or cultural, areas with special scientific or biological importance;
iv) Location in relation to leisure areas;
v) Methods of packaging, if necessary;
vi) Initial dilution performed by the proposed discharge method;
vii) Dispersion, horizontal transport characteristics and vertical mixing, namely in terms of:
• Water depth (maximum, minimum, average);
• Water stratification in different seasons and in different weather conditions;
• Period of the tide, orientation of the tide ellipse, speed of the major and minor axis;
• Average drift on the surface: direction, speed;
• Average drift from the bottom: direction, speed;
• Bottom currents (speed) due to storms;
• Wind and wave characteristics, average number of storm days / year;
• Concentration and composition of suspended matter;
viii) Existence and effects of leaks and immersions in progress and those previously carried out (including accumulation effects);
