Taking into account the licensing rules and authorizations for fishing, provided for in Regulatory Decree No. 43/87, of 17 July, republished by Regulatory Decree No. 16/2015, of 16 September, the transfer of port of registration of vessels requires a prior opinion from DGRM.
Requests for transfer of registration port are made by the vessel owner, using the Form, available on Online Services (See here), to the email address: mail.df@dgrm.mm.gov.pt.
After registering the vessel in the respective Captaincy / Maritime Delegation, it must be sent to DGRM - Fleet Division, to the electronic address: mail.df@dgrm.mm.gov.pt, updated copy of the Property Title. For vessels that are licensed, the respective fishing license must be replaced.
