Whenever the holder of a recreational navigator's license occurs within the expiry period one of the following situations:

• data change
• change of skills
• loss or theft
• deterioration

It can be requested by:

• holder
• legal representative of a minor (parent/guardian)
• representative, provided that he is provided with a declaration of incorporation of a representative or power of attorney of the holder
• representative of an entity, on behalf of third parties, provided that it is provided with a declaration of incorporation of a representative or power of attorney of the holder and declaration of the legal representative of the entity

Online application submission:

1. Register and authenticate yourself; 
2. Go to the New Order menu, select the Recreational Boating Order Category and the Order Type "Second Copy";
3. Fill out the form, upload the attachments, verify the information and submit your order.

• Current photograph (height 2.5 [cm] x width 2 [cm] - passport), with white background, size up to 2MB, in one of the following formats: jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, gif, only in cases where there is no require in person
• Digitized signature, as stated in the identification document, with size up to 2MB, in one of the following formats: jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, gif, only in cases where it is not required in person

 

If representative:

 

• Statement or power of attorney by the holder (mandatory document to initiate the process)
• Current photo of the holder (height 2.5 [cm] x width 2 [cm] - passport type), with white background, size up to 2MB, in one of the following formats: jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, gif, only in cases where that does not require in person
• Digitalized signature, as stated in the identification document, with size up to 2MB, in one of the following formats: jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, gif

 

If representative of an entity, on behalf of third parties:

 

• Statement (mandatory document to initiate the process)
• Fotografia atual do titular (altura 2,5 [cm] x largura 2 [cm] – tipo passe), com fundo branco, tamanho até 2MB, num dos seguintes formatos: jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, gif, só nos casos em que não requerer presencialmente
• Digitalized signature, as stated in the identification document, with size up to 2MB, in one of the following formats: jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, gif

The payment method should preferably be by reference to an ATM that will be sent on the invoice
