ANI - Initial registration of majoeira

From June 1st to July 31st.

Catchers of marine animals and dismounted fishermen with tax domicile in the areas of jurisdiction of the Port Authority of Douro, Aveiro, Figueira da Foz and Nazaré.

The application is submitted online through the Electronic Sea Desk (BMar):

  1. Go to www.bmar.pt, register and authenticate
  2. Go to New Order, select Order Category "Professional Fishing" and Order Type "ANI - Initial Registration of majoeira"
  3. Fill in the required data
  4. Upload the requested attachments
  5. Check the information and submit your order.

Note: The vacancy can only be assigned to the captaincy corresponding to the tax address, and after availability. This expression of interest is only valid for the current year, and must be repeated whenever you want to express interest. The amount paid will not be refunded even if there is no place to be allocated.

  • Registration with the Tax and Customs Authority in fishing activity
  • Previous year's IRS (or internet validation code)
  • Tax domicile statement issued by the tax authorith
  • Proof of social security that the pension is related to fishing activity
  • Maritime Certificate or Declaration of the Maritime Authority that declares the total time of maritime registration.

If representative:

  • Statement or power of attorney from the holder (a mandatory document to initiate the process).

If representative of an entity:

  • Statement legal representative of an entity (a mandatory document to initiate the process).

1 hour of analysis + 1 issue (€51.90 + €9.98 = €61.88).
