The application is submitted online through the Electronic Sea Desk (BMar):
- Open www.bmar.pt, please register and log in;
- Press the New Request button, choose the following category "Professional Fishing" and Request type "ANI - Licence change for marine animals gatherer and algae harvesters";
- Fill in the required data.
- Check your request summary and submit the application.
Note: the order is only analyzed after payment, but the amount paid is not refundable in case of rejection.

- Updated proof of tax residence issued by the Tax Authority
Add support vessel
- Title of Ownership of the Vessel
- Declaration from the Owner of the support vessel, if the catcher is not the owner.
- If the vessel is registered with a local auxiliary vessel, a valid inspection certificate must be attached.
Authorization for 1st sale outside auction
- Updated proof of registration with the Tax and Customs Authority (AT) to carry out harvesting activities (CAE 03112).
- Updated proof of registration with the Social Security to carry out harvesting activities.
If representative:
- Statement or power of attorney from the holder (a mandatory document to initiate the process).
If representative of an entity:
- Statement legal representative of an entity (a mandatory document to initiate the process).
