Applications are submitted via onlineDesk - Balcão Eletrónico do Mar (BMar):

1. Open www.bmar.pt, please register and log in;
2. Press the New Request button, choose the following category "Professional Fishing" and Request type "Vessels - Gear exchange";
3. Fill the forms;
4. Upload attachments;
5. Check your request summary and submit the application.

Note: the application is only analyzed after payment, but the amount paid is non-refundable even if rejected.

  • Statement or power of attorney from the holder (a mandatory document to initiate the process).

If representative of an entity:

  • Statement legal representative of an entity (a mandatory document to initiate the process).

How much?

2 hours of analysis + 1 replacement (€51.90 * 2 + 12.79 = €116.59).

Which legislation is applicable?

Criteria defined and approved by DGRM and legislation applicable to each of the non-marine inland waters and arts groups.
