Whenever the vessel has been subject to changes to the following data: name, port of registration, registration, change of address of the shipowner.
Owners of vessels registered in the national fishing fleet, equipped with a diesel propulsion engine with a valid fishing license and with a card issued for ISP-free diesel supply.
- Online order submission: Download the form available in “Execute Service”;
- Fill in the form and send it, accompanied by the documents indicated in "What documents are necessary", to the electronic address: mail.df@dgrm.mm.gov.pt
- Updated statement proving the situation to be regularized before the Tax and Customs Authority;
- Updated statement proving the situation regularized before Social Security;
Or
- Authorization for access to declarations, previously requested, from those entities to NIF 600084973 of the Directorate-General for Natural Resources, Safety and Maritime Services.
- Updated proof os registration in the fishing activity ( CAE group 031 ).
Recognition of the benefit and attribution of the card is free of charge for the beneficiary. The card is valid for five years from the date of issue.
