The request for the 1st issuance of a card (first vessel / shipowner card) to supply colored and marked diesel exempt from ISP can be made at any time of the year.
The request to reactivate the suspended card can be made at any time of the year, provided that the conditions that led to the respective suspension are fulfilled.

Owners of vessels registered in the national fishing fleet, equipped with a diesel propulsion engine and with a valid fishing license.

2. Fill in the form and send it, accompanied by the documents indicated in "What documents are needed", to the email address: mail.df@dgrm.mm.gov.pt

• Updated statement proving the situation to be regularized before the Tax and Customs Authority;
  Updated statement proving the situation regularized before Social Security;

Ou

• Authorization for access to declarations, previously requested, from those entities under the NIF 600084973 da Direção-Geral de Recursos Naturais, Segurança e Serviços Marítimos.
• Updated proof of registration in the fishing activity (group 031 of the CAE).

Recognition of the benefit and the attribution of the card are free of charge for the beneficiary.
The card is valid for five years from the date of issue.
