We would like to highlight that the public feedback period is open for two draft implementing acts under the EU Ship Recycling Regulation. They concern the modification of the EU formats for the Certificate on the Inventory of Hazardous Materials and for the Ready for Recycling Certificate. The initiatives aim at updating the formats to facilitate their use under the Hong Kong Convention without affecting the requirements on substance. The draft decisions can be consulted on and you may submit your feedback until November 17, 2025.
