Considering the current level of landings of Undulate ray (Raja undulata) by the Portuguese fleet in Union waters of 9, the fishing quota allocated to Portugal has been exhausted.

Therefore, in compliance with Article 35(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1224/2009 of 20 November, it is prohibited to fish for, retain on board, tranship and land catches of the above species in the area referred to as from 00:00 hours on 11 October 2024.
