We recall that, according to the provisions of paragraph 5, of Article 40, of the Decree-Law No. 73/2020, which approves the legal regime of the exercise of professional commercial fishing activity, the renewal of the fishing license of vessel , is conditioned on data supply under the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector, provided in Regulation (EU) No. 2017/1004, of Parliament and the Council, on May 17, 2017.

It must thus complete and submit the said inquiry by Sept. 30, after which it shall be notified of the intent of dismissal of the 2025 fishing license renewal under the Administrative Procedure Code.
