Under the terms and for the purposes of Article 46 of Decree-Law no. 40/2017, of 4 April, which approved the legal regime for the installation and operation of culture establishments in marine waters, including transitional waters, and in inland waters, as amended by Decree-Law no. 83/2023, of 25 September, the notice and respective lists of establishments that meet the requirements set out in Article 46-A(1) of the aforementioned law and that allow licences to be maintained have been published.

Holders identified on the list must inform the DGRM of their interest in maintaining their licence by emailing mail.da@dgrm.mm.gov.pt during the period of publication of the notice ( October 16th to November 30th).

Licence holders who are not on the list can apply to the DGRM within 10 working days to be included on the list, stating the reasons.
