We remind you that, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 5 of article 40 of Decree-Law no. 73/2020, which approves the legal regime for carrying out the professional activity of commercial fishing, the renewal of the license is conditional on the provision of data in the context of the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector, provided for in Regulation (EU) no. 017, the issuance of a fishing license is conditional on completing and submitting the aforementioned survey.

After September 30, if you have not submitted the inquiry, you will be notified of the intention to reject the renewal of the fishing license for 2024, under the terms of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
