Yesterday, the order was published to entrust the DGRM with drawing up the plan for the allocation of areas and volumes of the national maritime space, exclusively in the subdivision of the continent, for the commercial exploitation of renewable energies of oceanic origin or location.
An advisory commission is also created and its operating rules established, with a view to supporting and monitoring the development of the allocation plan.
The final version of the allocation plan, together with the final version of the environmental report and the environmental declaration, must be submitted to the Government within 6 months of yesterday.
