For the due purposes, it is hereby informed that, considering the data on the catches made by the Portuguese fleet, of the stocks of rays (Rajiformes) in ICES zones 8 and 9, with code SRX/89-C., the use of the allocated quota by Regulation (EU) 2021/92, in its current wording, reached 80% and it may be necessary to close the fishing of these species.
