Bearing in mind the publication of Decree 3-A/2021 of 14 January, which regulates the state of emergency decreed by the President of the Republic, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph h) of point 2 of Article 4, it is hereby clarified that, without prejudice to the general duty of house-arrest, the activities of attending training and taking tests and examinations, as well as the carrying out of inspections, will continue in strict compliance with the guidelines of conduct and good practices issued by the DGS to minimize the risk of transmission of the virus.
