Following the measures adopted in the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No 38/2020, of 17 May 2020, namely the recovery of performing exams within the scope of certification of seafarers under the STCW/78 Convention, the Portuguese Maritime Administration publishes the Guidelines for adoption of extraordinary measures.
