Following the measures adopted in the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No 38/2020, of 17 May 2020, namely the recovery of face-to-face nautical training, on both a theoretical and practical level, taught by the Yachtsman Training Entities (YTE), and the performance of theoretical and practical exams for obtaining the Yachtsman's License, the Portuguese Maritime Administration publishes the Guidelines for adoption of extraordinary measures.
