Article 7 of Law No. 1-A/2020 lays down the exceptional and transitional rules on administrative deadlines and procedures. This scheme ends on a date to be defined by Decree-Law. Thus, the following is reported:

1. The administrative offenses and its legal acts and diligence pending in public administration departments are suspended;
2. Any administrative deadlines pending in individuals are also suspended;
3. The limitation and prescription periods for all types of processes and procedures are suspended for the period of time in which the exceptional situation remains in force.
